Author Steve Wood has written a one-act play, 'You're Never Too Old', which will be showing at various fringe venues in the Northwest until the end of 2011.
The piece which is being produced by Organised Chaos productions will debut at the Taurus Bar in Manchester City Centre before going to the Levenshulme Festival and then on to Smith's Restaurant in Eccles.
'You're never Too Old' is a heart warming comedy about faith, families and fig rolls. When Ada meets Tommy and tells him about her eventful day trip to London the pair find themselvespondering some vital issues: Is there a God? What's the point of Life? Why do you only get an 'oo' with Typhoo? They don't have any answers and they don't have much time. Perhaps the solution is to simply grow old disgracefully.
